Will Tom Herman be the one that turns around Texas?

(USATSI)
The next domino to drop in the college football coaching carousel was that of the University of Texas as they announced on Saturday the hiring of Houston head coach Tom Herman. He will replace Charlie Strong, who was formally ousted once the school could confirm that they would be luring Herman to town, after he went 16-21 in three years.

As the rebuilding process continues in Austin, can Herman be the coach that leads the Longhorns back to the pinnacle of college football?
