  1. I hate this cross-flexing. Just keep NFC road team rights with FOX and AFC visiting team rights with CBS.

    1. Why does really matter just watch the game no matter who's airing it or calling it

    2. I love cross flexing this week. No Joe Buck for the Eagles!!!

    3. It's done so more markets get quality games. It's CBS's turn to get the doubleheader. You want New England destroying the 49ers to be the national game?

  2. I'm old enough to remember when CBS Sports was the network of the NFC & NBC Sports was the network that carried AFC games. I don't have a problem with CBS airing an NFC game, let alone FOX Sports airing an occasional AFC game. I was under the impression that the NFL relaxed the rules in regards to doubleheaders in recent years, but noticed several markets only airing 1 game due to NFL broadcast rules. Confused?

  6. they need to stop broadcasting NFL games on FOX. Have you noticed the HD looks like absolute CRAP on FOX. Why are they continuing to use 720 cameras?

NBC, CBS and ESPN are the best for football games.

    1. well that's interesting but not to surprising that Andrew & the two 2 Steves do both AFC opponents in Detroit this year yet CBS will make it's 3rd stop a few days later but with Jim Phil & Tracy for the eyes bi annual guaranteed trip to the motor city

    2. It'll be the first of 2 games that Jim Nantz, Phil Simms & Tracy Wolfson will call next week. Vikings/Lions kicks off the NFL's annual Thanksgiving Day schedule, and "NFL on CBS" has that game in Detroit. This is just an educated guess, but I have to think that Nantz, Simms & Wolfson will be Oakland-bound for Panthers/Raiders that given Sunday. At the same time, Andrew Catalon, Steve Tasker & Steve Beuerlein call Titans/Bears in Chicago or Jaguars/Bills in Buffalo the Sunday after Thanksgiving.

    3. An early look ahead to next Sunday on the "NFL on CBS"...Spero Dedes & Solomon Wilcots have already been assigned to call Titans/Bears at Soldier Field.
