The 2016 college football coaching carousel kicked off early and even as the regular season has not finished yet, a good number of those jobs have already been filled. Those jobs include some of the sport's true blue bloods as well as a number of underachieving Power 5 schools as well as many mid-majors.

2015 NFL Predictions: Week 13

In the wake of a snowy upset in Denver, there is now only one undefeated team left in the NFL and it, of course, is the Carolina Panthers (bet you saw that one coming). What will happen now this week as the calendar has finally turned to December? Here are my picks.

Why the Red Sox needed David Price

New Red Sox president Dave Dombrowski has already been aggressive in remaking the Red Sox this offseason, specifically with regards to their pitching staff. Boston traded prospects to San Diego for closer Craig Kimbrel a few weeks ago and now they have made the biggest splash in free agency by signing star pitcher David Price to a massive seven-year, $217 million contract, the highest ever given to a pitcher. It's certainly no chump change but I would have to argue that it was a deal that had to be made.

What may be more exciting than finally finding out who will be in the College Football Playoff come New Year's Eve this Sunday is that we will have teams with losing records in bowl games! Considering that this wasn't supposed to happen even with 80 bowl games, you have gotta to love it. Here are my bowl projections for the final week of the regular season.

It is the final week of the college football season prior to the bowl games and, most importantly, the announcement of the College Football Playoff teams on Sunday morning. We think we have an idea of who the teams will end up being, but in this sport you just never know. Will we see some major upsets and thus pure chaos for the Playoff?
