  1. Uh, Ben, why did you put Rays against the Titans? That's supposed to be Buccaneers!

  2. Week 10 does not make sense. How can there be 2 big games at the 4:25 window? One of them has to get flexed.

    1. With regards to Week 10, Nantz and Simms will be doing the Thursday night game with the Bills and Jets.

  3. Steve Tasker should be #5 sideline reporter. He will be team up with Spero Dedes and Solomon Wilcots.

  4. Play-by-play Greg Gumbel should be demoted to #4 announcing team. He should team up with Rich Gannon. Jim Lampley appears that he would return to NFL on CBS as the #3 announcing team. He would be team up with analyst Trent Green.

    1. Mars, that is not going to happen. I am really getting sick of you making stuff up. I don't see anything that shows Lampley returning to CBS.

  5. I know it's still early but will Greg Gumbel or Ian Eagle or Andrew Catalon do play by play for the Browns and Jets game in Week 1

  6. I don't see anyone other than the trio of Jim Nantz/Phil Simms/Tracy Wolfson calling the Ravens-Broncos game in Week 1. I also think it's a good possibility that Ian Eagle/Dan Fouts/Jenny Dell will get the Colts-Bills game in Week 1.

  7. My predictions for Jim Nantz/Phil Simms are:
    Week 1: Ravens-Broncos
    Week 3: Bears-Seahawks
    Week 5: Patriots-Cowboys
    Week 6: Chargers-Packers
    Week 9: Broncos-Colts
    Week 10: Patriots-Giants
    Week 12: Steelers-Seahawks
    Week 15: Broncos-Steelers
    Week 17: Chargers-Broncos
Those are my predictions for Jim Nantz and Phil Simms.

    1. For week 6,the SBXLVII rematch between the Ravens and my Niners is more realistic Jim and Phil game since they have the Seattle-Niners TNF game mere days later and the Balto-Niners game is too big to send Greg Gumbel or Kevin Harlan for.

      Delete
    2. Mike Rhea, for your information, Greg Gumbel is calling Ravens 49ers so Nantz and Simms are likely to call Chargers Packers.

  62. Is there any chance that Week 14 Steelers vs. Bengals & Week 15 Broncos vs Steelers get flexed to Sunday night in favor of Seahawks vs. Ravens Week 14 & Bengals vs. 49ers Week 15 since those are garbage matchups?

  63. CBS has protected both of Steelers-Bengals and Steelers-Broncos from being flexed to Sunday night.

  64. Patriots vs Texans Week 14 has been flexed to Sunday Night replacing the Seahawks & Ravens as expected

    ReplyDelete
  65. Also don't be surprised if the Texans vs Colts, Panthers vs Giants or Cardinals vs Eagles gets flexed to Sunday Night for week 15 I guarantee you the Bengals vs 49ers will be replaced with one of those games

    1. Or it could also be the Vikings vs Bears

    2. I'm not saying it would be but that is just a suggestion because the Vikings have been doing very well this year and the Bears started out bad but they have gained right back in the Wild Card race.

  66. CBS has no game listed for 4:05pm in Week 16. Any guess what it will be?

    1. Maybe a Fox game will be cross flexed into the slot on CBS?

    2. I believe Steelers Ravens may get flexed out for Pats Jets or Packers Cardinals. Ravens arent as good as they used to be especially without Joe and Steve Smith.

    3. Pats have maxed out there SNF appearances at 4 w/ game at Texans. I would guess Packers/Cards is flex protected for FOX.

    4. I think the Patriots and Jets will be flexed into primetime for Week 16.

  72. I'm curious about something... Last year NBC had an AFC divisional game. Does that mean they have an NFC divisional game this year, and CBS would get 2 with Eagle and Fouts calling one of them?

    ReplyDelete
  73. maybe Jaguars at Texans announcer is Jim Nantz, Phil Simms and Tracy Wolfson, if colts and texans loss and the jaguars win at week 16. the jaguars after win 6-9 and texans 7-8, because jags still have a chance, a opportunity.

    1. i would doubt that. I would think the number 1 crew would get either the dolphins/pats or jets/bills or a game crossflexed from fox maybe!

  77. Now everybody please note this, the NFL has not confirmed the networks for these games so the cross flex is still very much in play (I do think a CBS will be moved to Fox).

    ReplyDelete
  78. JAX at Hou commentators are Kevin Burkhardt, John Lynch and Pam Oliver crossed flex from CBS to Fox.
