2015 Pac-12 Tournament Predictions

The Pacific-12 Tournament commences tomorrow afternoon at the MGM Grand, yet another conference tournament to be held in Las Vegas (technically Paradise). It has been a funky year for the conference as it features a legitimate national championship contender in Arizona, another really good team in Utah, one team likely in Oregon, a couple teams on the bubble (UCLA and Stanford) and a mess of the rest. Therefore, there is much on the line this week.

Here are my 2015 Pac-12 Tournament predictions.

All games held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Paradise, Nevada

First Round - Wednesday, March 11th
8 California vs. 9 Washington State - Pac-12 Networks, 3:00
Pick: Washington State

5 Arizona State vs. 12 USC - Pac-12 Networks, 5:30
Pick: Arizona State

7 Oregon State vs. 10 Colorado - Pac-12 Networks, 9:00
Pick: Oregon State

6 Stanford vs. 11 Washington - Pac-12 Networks, 11:30
Pick: Stanford

Quarterfinals - Thursday, March 12th
1 Arizona vs. 9 Washington State - Pac-12 Networks, 3:00
Pick: Arizona

4 UCLA vs. 5 Arizona State - Pac-12 Networks, 5:30
Pick: UCLA

2 Oregon vs. 7 Oregon State - Pac-12 Networks, 9:00
Pick: Oregon

3 Utah vs. 6 Stanford - ESPN, 11:30
Pick: Utah

Semifinals - Friday, March 13th
1 Arizona vs. 4 UCLA - Pac-12 Networks, 9:00
The Bruins made it competitive in Tucson last month but ultimately, Arizona had the game under control. That will be the case here.
Pick: Arizona

2 Oregon vs. 3 Utah - ESPN, 11:30
The Ducks were able to get the win in Eugene but I think on a neutral floor, Utah's superiority on both ends will prevail.
Pick: Utah

Championship - Saturday, March 14th
1 Arizona vs. 3 Utah - ESPN, 11:00
The Wildcats swept the season series, can they do it a third time? I say yes. Utah is really good, but Arizona is just better.
Pick: Arizona
