NCAA Tournament sites for 2016-2018

Earlier this week, the NCAA announced the venues for the 2016, 2017 and 2018 NCAA Tournaments. Not only that, they have also made a change that should have been made a while ago. Let's take a look.

For the 2016 NCAA Tournament:

How about games in Des Moines? Gotta love that. Always enjoy when they head out to Spokane as well.

For 2017:

And for 2018:

Wichita and Boise in the same year? Fantastic.

And then they announced this:

As to why they are waiting until 2016 to do this, I have no idea (it is the NCAA we are talking about). I have been one of those guys to use the official "2nd and 3rd Rounds" instead of the far more logical "1st and 2nd Rounds," so this change will be welcome.

  1. wow ridiculous! Midwest/Mid-Atlantic gets virtually NO sites. How about a Final Four that's NOT in the Southwest! Completely ridiculous!
