Watch Bill Walton joke about Ray Lewis and Bill Simmons' suspension

Oh, to be Dave Pasch last night in Vegas. Bill Walton, who was working the nightcap of the quadruple-header in the Pac-12 Tournament quarterfinals for ESPNU between Washington and Oregon, was in absolutely rare form at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. Among many glorious one-liners were two beauties that will get the attention of ESPN executives, one regarding new ESPN employee Ray Lewis and the recently-suspended Bill Simmons. Let's go to the videotape.

First, Walton cracks one regarding being in a limo with Ray Lewis. Considering that Lewis and limos is not exactly a connection that the higher-ups will appreciate, considering that pesky murder trial.

But then it got even better when Walton noted the network's ridiculous suspension of Simmons for criticizing the First Take segment with Richard Sherman and Skip Bayless (one that I refuse to watch). And this came after a tremendous plug for Southwest Airlines out of nowhere.

As I have said, thank the lord Walton is doing games again.
