Where will Josh Hamilton sign?

The big prize this offseason is the man pictured above, Texas Rangers outfielder Josh Hamilton. While Hamilton does have his flaws, he has had multiple injury problems over the years and those past drug and alcohol addictions are something to consider as he has had relapses, he is without question one of the elite bats in the game and the American League MVP just a couple seasons ago. So, the question at hand, wherw will Hamilton go?

Metta World Peace's Lifetime movie looks absolutely fantastic

From the moment that it was reported that Metta World Peace would be in a Lifetime movie, one based off a novel by Nancy Grace, we knew that it would be something ridiculous. And judged based off this clip from the movie, in which World Peace plays a Georgia detective who works with an assistant district attorney played by Jennie Garth (when was the last time you saw her?), this should be one of the greatest things ever. Let's go to the videotape.

Watch Jamal Crawford destroy Rudy Gay's ankles

Now I have seen my fair share of crossovers in my day, and have had my ankles broken many a time back when I used to hit the hardwood, but what Jamal Crawford does here to Rudy Gay is just unfair. In fact, I'm surprised that Gay's ankles were not literally broken. Let's go to the videotape.

Is there anything Andy Reid can do to save his job in Philadelphia?

It seems that once again, the hottest seat in the NFL resides in Philadelphia (well there's a shock). The chances for Andy Reid to return for a 15th season with the Eagles seem slim to none at this point, so is there anything that Reid can do to save his job?

Check Out & Support Movember Canada

As you may very well know, the eleventh month of the year is not November, it is Movember. It is a month in which men grow moustaches as a way to grow awareness for male prostate cancer.

Why am I bringing this to you? Well a friend of mine, one who I used to work with at the great place known as YMCA Camp Abnaki and he is on Movember Canada. As the camp motto is "Help the Other Fellow," naturally I wanted to help him out so do yourself a favor and support Movember Canada and donate, as the proceeds go towards Prostate Cancer Canada as well a research worldwide. You can donate here and learn more about the cause here.

Mike & Mike parodying "Gangnam Style" is the worst thing ever made

Why the hell are we still doing this? I thought we were done with this crap weeks ago after FOX put it in the Electric Chair. I really believe this may be the worst thing ever made. Let's go to the depressing videotape.

Watch David Stern call Hurricane Sandy "Hurricane Katrina"

It was not a great start to David Stern's final full season as NBA commissioner. Before introducing the Miami Heat as part of the ring ceremony for them winning the 2012 NBA Finals, he took a moment to note who are suffering along the East Coast to "Hurricane Katrina." Let's go to the videotape.

2012 NFL Week 9 Picks

Not that many games this week are matchups of a pair of clubs with winning records but I bet you did not expect both the Miami Dolphins and Vick Ballard and the Indianapolis Colts to have winning records at this point in the season (or maybe you did). Those two teams featuring rookie quarterbacks in Ryan Tannehill and Andrew Luck go at it in the Circle City this Sunday, who will come out on top? How about the other games this week? It's my week nine selections, coming at you right now.

2012 NFL on CBS Announcers & Distribution: Week 9

The NFL on CBS has a doubleheader for this week nine Sunday. In the early window, most of the country will see Broncos-Bengals with others seeing Bills-Texans, Ravens-Browns or Dolphins-Colts. In the late window, everybody (save for folks in the Seattle and Oakland markets) will get Ben Rosethlisberger and the Pittsburgh Steelers taking on the New York Giants. Continue reading for announcing assignments and distribution splits.

2012 NFL on FOX Announcers & Distribution: Week 9

It is the ninth week of the 2012 NFL campaign and that means there will be a singleheader this Sunday on FOX. Most of America will see Patrick Peterson, Darnell Dockett and the Arizona Cardinals visiting Titletown and the Green Bay Packers, while others will see Panthers-Redskins, Bears-Titans, Buccaneers-Raiders, Vikings-Seahawks or Lions-Jaguars. Continue reading for announcing assignments and distribution splits.

2012 College Football Week 10 Picks

The toughest test for Nick Saban and the Crimson Tide all season will be this Saturday night as they will head on down to Death Valley to take on the Bayou Bengals. Will Alabama soldier on towards the national championship game or will LSU defeat them for the second year in a row and throw the BCS into chaos? Here are my week ten selections.

2012-13 Bowl Projections after Week 9

Yeah, Collin Klein and Kansas State are for real, if you have not realize already. Against a Texas Tech club that came into Manhattan rolling, the Wildcats beat them by 31 like it was no big deal. They seem to have the Big XII under control, but do I project them to reach the national championship game?
