Watch Harry Reid openly mock the New York Jets on the Senate floor

This actually happened. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) took to the Senate floor yesterday and in an attempt to jab the GOP, compared them to the New York Jets. Let's go to the videotape.

Many things wrong going on here. First, as Richard Haass of the Council on Foreign Relations noted this morning on Morning Joe, you don't try to decide the other team's quarterback. Second, what the hell is Harry Reid doing these days, can we get him out? Third, Rex Ryan did technically decide on his quarterback this week by stupendously deciding to stick with Mark Sanchez against all forms of reason. And fourth, if you are getting mocked by figures of a body with a lesser approval rating than the TSA, people who hate the Olympics and socialism, that's a problem. But as we have frequently learned over the years, the Jets are the butt of everyone's jokes.
