2012 MLB Postseason: ALCS & NLCS TV Schedule

And then there were only four. Four MLB clubs are left in the 2012 MLB Postseason and in the American League they are the New York Yankees and the Detroit Tigers while in the National League they are the San Francisco Giants and the cardiac St. Louis Cardinals.
