2012 NBC Sunday Night Football schedule

The NFL schedule for the 2012 season was just released by the league and so let's take a look at the schedule for NBC Sunday Night Football. NBC's coverage starts on Wednesday, September 5th as the defending Super Bowl champion New York Giants host the Dallas Cowboys in East Rutherford. And for the first time ever, the SNF crew will work a Thanksgiving game as the primetime game on Turkey Day is now a part of the NBC package. Al Michaels and Cris Collinsworth return as the announcers in the booth with Michele Tafoya reporting from the sideline.

*notes this game is in a flex scheduling week to which this game may be flexed out for a more favorable matchup. Note that the flexes are done by the league, not NBC.
