MLB on ESPN Tonight, September 28

This is the final day of the 2011 MLB regular season and two playoff sports are up for grabs and they are both wild card spots. Both the Red Sox and Rays in the American League and the Braves and Cardinals in the National League are tied and their game's will be featured on ESPN and ESPN2 tonight as the fight to either clinch a berth tonight and force a one game playoff tomorrow is on. Here's the breakdown.

Most of the country: Boston/Baltimore at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN and ESPN3; Philadelphia/Atlanta at 7 p.m. on ESPN2 and ESPN3.
Boston/Baltimore markets: New York/Tampa Bay at 7 p.m. on ESPN, ESPN3 and ESPN Radio; Philadelphia/Atlanta at 7 p.m. on ESPN2 and ESPN3.
Philadelphia/Atlanta markets: Boston/Baltimore at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN and ESPN3; St. Louis/Houston at 8 p.m. on ESPN2.
Hartford market: St. Louis/Houston at 8 p.m. on ESPN; Philadelphia/Atlanta at 7 p.m. on ESPN2 and ESPN3.
Memphis market: Boston/Baltimore at 7 p.m. on ESPN and ESPN3; New York/Tampa Bay at 7 p.m. on ESPN2, ESPN3 and ESPN Radio.
Note that these games are all blacked out locally
