Classic March Madness: Villanova Stuns Georgetown

Nobody gave the Villanova Wildcats a chance against the Georgetown Hoyas in the 1985 NCAA tournament final. The Hoyas were playing in their third national championship game in four years under head coach John Thompson and they had the most dominating player in all of college basketball in PAtrick Ewing. The Wildcats were only a seven seed. But behind a terrific performance from big man Ed Pinckney and terrific shooting overall, somehow Rollie Massimino's club pulled off the victory in the ultimate David vs. Goliath showdown, 66-64.
