Florida Gators Hire Will Muschamp As New Head Coach

ESPN has reported that Texas defensive coordinator and head coach-in-waiting Will Muschamp has been hired as the next head coach of the Florida Gators, following the resignation of Urban Meyer. Muschamp grew up in Gainesville as a child and said "This is a dream come true to be the head coach of the Florida Gators." 

New York Giants Stranded In Kansas City Overnight

Due to the closed airport in Minnesota because of the blizzard in the Twin Cities, the New York Giants will be staying overnight in Kansas City, according to the Giants' vice president of communications.

Miami Hurricanes: Who Should Be The Next Head Coach?


Even though the team has not been a powerhouse in college football of late, coaching the Miami Hurricanes is still a prestigious job. Their is a lot of talent on the roster and the ACC could be won by The U as soon as next year. Winning a national title in Coral Gables also is not just a pipe dream. Just because Randy Shannon did not have much success does not mean the next coach can't.
The Miami Herald has reported that the University of Miami has narrowed its choices down to four coaches. Using that list of coaches, I'll say which one is the best candidate.

NFL Week 14 Picks

Bill Belichick and the New England Patriots scared the rest of the NFL with their six touchdown demolition of the New York Jets Monday night and they looked like a well oiled machine moving the ball at will and playing strong defense against a good Jets team that was utterly embarrassed. They're taking on the surprising Chicago Bears on Sunday, will we see another demolition or a surprise?

2010-11 College Football Bowl Games


The bowl game matchups for the 2010 college football season are set. We all know that Auburn and Oregon will be playing for the national title on January 10, 2011 but where will your team be playing this holiday season? 

Rams Defeat Cardinals 19-6

It was not pretty, but a blue collar performance from Steven Jackson was more than enough to lead the St. Louis Rams to a victory over the Arizona Cardinals 19-6, which allows the Rams to stay in first place in the NFC West. Chris Myers and Kurt Warner break down the game in Glendale, Arizona.

Jamaal Charles Leads Kansas City Past Denver 10-6

A blue-collar performance from Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles was enough for Kansas City win a hard fought match against the rival Denver Broncos, 10-6. Ian Eagle and Rich Gannon review the low scorer at Arrowhead.
